About Mo Mikaeli
Founder and builder. I carry what a business has to deliver, and I am also the one who writes and ships the thing that delivers it.

Founder and builder are two jobs, and I do both at once. I answer for what a business delivers, and I am the one writing, testing and shipping the system that makes the delivery possible. Most people in AI pick one of those sides. Doing both is what decides everything else on this site.
I got here through the slow version of the work. Years on the operations side of software: long build cycles, requirements that had aged by the time anything reached a user, good people spending the week executing instead of deciding. I did not read about that cost. I paid it, on my own projects and out of my own payroll.
When AI became good enough for real work, I did not turn it into a talking point. I rebuilt how my companies operate around it, kept what survived a normal working week, and dropped the rest.
What I actually do
Day to day I build the systems my own businesses run on, and rebuild them once they stop being good enough. I do the same work for other companies, in the same order: find the bottleneck that actually costs money, ship the smallest thing that proves the fix works, and widen it only after that.
The team stays small on purpose. A small team that ships every week is ahead of a large one that ships every quarter, and AI is what makes staying small workable. It also decides what I take on: work a small team can genuinely finish.
Tools and agents
Software that takes a repeated task off someone's desk, or drafts the work a person then approves.
Dashboards and reporting
The numbers a team used to assemble by hand, standing on their own and current.
Operating workflows
The connective work: what triggers what, who gets told, and what happens when a run fails.
Why any of this should matter to you
Because it is not a theory I picked up recently. More than 100 IT projects delivered to clients, from applications to management dashboards, across Austria and Europe. Each separate contract counts once, and work done inside my own companies is not in that number.
Those companies are the second half of the answer. They are not the headline here. What they give me is knowing how an operating business feels from the inside: the payroll, the deadline, the process nobody enjoys, and the decision that has to be made today with half the information.

MasterTube
A product for YouTube growth, analytics and SEO. It is a brand under one of my companies, not a company of its own. I started it and I am still its CEO.

Omega Do. IT Solutions
An IT company delivering to clients: applications, dashboards, reporting systems.
Two things I have built
Instead of listing skills, here are two real pieces of work. One is my own product, the other belongs to a client in Vienna. Both are live, and you can go and look at them.

Qix
A platform for market research and for running the sales side of a digital product, currently focused on Etsy. It tells a seller what is worth building, how strong the competition and the demand are, and what title, price and keywords to publish with. Orders and shop settings then run from the same dashboard, without needing a developer every time. I wrote it myself, inside Omega Do. IT Solutions.

Hiiich
A cafe and shop in Vienna that puts in-store sales, online ordering and a mobile app on one system. Omega Do. IT Solutions delivered the website, the iOS and Android apps, online ordering and pickup, the connection to the shop's point of sale, and the order status logic through to handover.

What I believe about building with AI
Most of the time the model is not the problem. The problem is that nobody told it what the job actually is.
Deep use, not a chat habit
Using AI well means framing the problem properly, giving it the context it needs, and turning the answer into something that keeps running without you. Asking a chat window for an opinion is the shallow end of it.
People stay, the drudgery goes
I do not build to remove staff. I build so the person who used to execute a task now supervises the system that does it, and spends the day on judgement instead.
Nothing is ever finished
Every system I run could be better than it is. AI earns its place as the engine of that improvement, not only as a faster way to produce a first draft.
The shorter route, honestly
I went the long way around, and I will tell you which parts of it wasted my time. I will also tell you where AI does not help, because a claim I cannot show output for is worth nothing.
If you want to work together
Start with the free side. The tools are open and need no account, and the notes say what worked and what did not. Plenty of people find what they need there and never write to me, and that is exactly why it is published.
If you have one clear pain and want it diagnosed properly, there is a paid call for that. It is selective for a reason: it works when you can describe what is slowing you down, and it does not when the interest is still general.
