Terms of service

What the diagnosis call is, what it costs, and what happens if it turns into a project.

Last updated: August 24, 2026

Who this is between

These terms apply between Omega Do. IT Solutions e.U., Hermann Glück Weg 6/4/Ground Floor/Top 1C, 1120 Vienna, and you, from the moment you book the call described below. The full company details are in the imprint.

What is being sold

One thing is sold on this site: a diagnosis call of 60 minutes, held remotely by video.

In it we go through the problem you described, what you have already tried, and what would actually have to change. You leave with an honest assessment and a recommended next step. That step may be a project with me, or it may be a shorter route that does not involve me at all.

No result is guaranteed. You are buying attention and experience for an hour, not an outcome, and the call is not legal, tax or financial advice.

Price

The deduction applies once, on the first invoice of the project. A project starts when a written agreement is in place within 30 days of the day the call was held.

Diagnosis call, 60 minutes
150 EUR
Credited against a project
If a project starts within 30 days of the call, the same 150 EUR comes off the contract.
VAT
150 EUR is the final price and includes 20% Austrian VAT. The invoice shows it as 125 EUR plus 25 EUR VAT.

Booking and payment

You send a request by email. If the problem is a fit, the appointment is confirmed by email with a date, and that confirmation is what makes the contract.

The fee is invoiced and is due before the call takes place. Bank details are on the invoice.

Accepted payment methods
Bank transfer (SEPA) to the account stated on the invoice. Card payment through an online booking page is planned for after launch.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Things come up. Write to hi@momikaeli.com and a new date is found.

Free change of date until
24 hours before the appointment. Up to then, moving the date costs nothing.
Cancellation and refund
A cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, or not showing up, is not refunded; one new date is offered.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you book as a consumer, this is a distance contract and you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.

To withdraw, send a clear statement by email to hi@momikaeli.com before the 14 days are over. No particular wording is required. Anything already paid is returned within 14 days of that statement, by the same route it came in.

If you want the call to happen inside those 14 days, you have to ask for that expressly. Once the call has been held in full, the right of withdrawal is gone, and that is what you acknowledge when you ask for the earlier date. If you withdraw after the call has begun but before it is finished, the part already delivered is charged in proportion.

This section is for consumers. Anyone booking in the course of their own business has no right of withdrawal.

Confidentiality

What you say in the call stays with me. Nothing from a call is published, quoted or used as an example without your written permission. This site carries no testimonials at all, by a standing rule, so the question does not arise in the usual way.

Intellectual property

Notes, sketches and documents produced for you during the call are yours to use inside your own organisation.

The methods, checklists and tools behind them stay mine and go on being used for other clients. Nothing in a call transfers ownership of an existing tool or its source code.

Limitation of liability

Liability applies for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for damage to life, body or health, where the law does not allow an exclusion.

There is no liability for indirect damage, lost profit or savings that did not materialise. Decisions you take after the call are yours.

Mandatory consumer rights are untouched by any of this.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, without its conflict of law rules and without the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For business customers, the courts in Vienna have exclusive jurisdiction. For consumers the statutory rules decide the court, and a consumer living in the EU keeps the protection of the mandatory law of their own country.

Changes

The version that counts is the one published on the day you booked. A change is never applied backwards to a call that is already agreed.
